Diploma Gold Adult School is starting a new semester and is composing a list of interested students. If you are more than 18 years old and would like to earn your high school diploma, you can go to the office of Diploma Gold located inside Diamond Mountain Charter High School at 1000 Main St. in Susanville. HAPPY ANNIVERSARY

Lassen Transfer & Storage has been a family owned and operated business for 48 years. Owners Arlin and Wanda Mallery started the business with a couple of trucks, and now they have moving vans, a public 70-foot scale, self storage containers, closet cubes and more. Their son, John, joined the business in the 1980s. They are members of the California Moving and Storage Association and America Movers Association, which keeps them informed of new rules and regulations.

ANNUAL FISH BOWL SALE

For years Hodge Podge Lodge has had a Fish Bowl sale at the end of every year. Owners Kelly and Tom Smith tell us this year’s event is Friday, Dec. 28 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29. You will find everything in the store on sale.
