     Maternal grandparents are Becky and Fred Brewster, of Susanville.

     Paternal grandparents are Brenda Barton, of Albany, Ore. and James Barton, of Fayette, Mo.

     Ezra Joel Meadows was born to Rhonda and Jason Meadows, of Janesville, at 2:40 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, 2013 at Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville.

     He weighed 9 pounds and was 20 inches long.

     Maternal grandparent is Cathi Barber, of Colfax, Calif.

     Paternal grandparents are Linda and Hal Meadows, of Janesville.

     Paternal great-grandparent is Coreen Meadows, of Reno, Nev.

     He joins sibling Boaz, 15 months.

     He weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces and was 21 inches long.

     Maternal grandparents are Cynthia Hooper and Stephen Hooper Sr., of Susanville.

     Paternal grandparents are Tonya Appell and Justin Appell, of Susanville.

     He joins brother Anthony, 5.
