Pauline Brooks
Pauline went to sleep peacefully Thursday, June 7, 2012 at Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville, Calif. with loving family by her side.
She loved gardening, sewing and raising chickens. What she loved most though was her family. She loved every chance she got to spend with each of her six children, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and even her great-great-grandchildren.     Pauline was always known to those who knew her as either “Mom” or “Grandma” because she was the role model for both. She will always be remembered as the one you go to if you ever needed to know how to cook, sew, garden or anything you can imagine, grandma always had the answer. She has taught everyone so much in life. She will be greatly missed by anyone and everyone who knew her.
Pauline is survived by her daughters, Janice Brooks, of Susanville and Joyce Sullens, of Coos Bay, Ore.; and her sons, Jack Brooks, of Susanville, Jerry Brooks, of Susanville and Jim Brooks, of McCall, Idaho.
Pauline was preceded in death by her son, Gene Brooks, of Susanville.
Per Pauline's request there will be no services.
