He weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 21 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Francisca Ngirangeboi and Caleb Koshiba, of Koror, Palau.

He joins brothers Josiah, 2 and Jediah, 6.

Paternal grandparents are Merrilee Ethal Hartigan and Douglas G. Clark, of Clearlake Oaks.

She weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 19 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Cindi and Larry Good, of Susanville.

Paternal grandparents are Evelyn and Ray Wright, of Susanville.
