Eli Evan Bertrand was born to Andrea and Travis Bertrand, of Reno, Nev., at 10:12 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2011 at Renown Medical Center in Reno. He weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 19-1/4 inches long. Maternal grandparents are Lisa and Frank Foley, of Susanville, Calif. Paternal grandparents are Carol and Ed Bertrand, of Janesville, Calif. and Sheryl DeMers and Dave Davidow, of Reno. Maternal great-grandparents are Rosie Godinez and Donna Foley, of Susanville. He joins sister Peyton, 2.
