Two Easter Egg Hunts planned in Westwood
Thursday, March 26, 2015 — Many parents, and even grandparents, who participated as a child in the Westwood/Lake Almanor Rotary Easter Egg Hunt will be taking their children to the hunt at 1 p.m. Easter Sunday, April 5, at Westwood Park on Greenwood Street. This activity sponsored by the Rotary Club to benefit the community has become an annual tradition.
Sheila Oxford and Connie Medici prepare 75 dozen eggs to hide. However, this year Oxford said they may get help from some new recruits. Those dyeing the eggs create 15 special eggs and children who find them receive a $2 bill.Add a comment
