Committee to make district appointments
Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2013 — The Lassen County Board of Supervisors decided it would not be in the appointing business and took no action in filling a vacant seat on the Honey Lake Valley Resource Conservation District.
A letter will be sent to the conservation district notifying the board of the supervisors’ decision.
Lawrence Cabodi, Ruth Dike and David Schroeder applied for the seat left vacant by Les Evans, who resigned in July. After holding interviews Monday, Nov. 18, the supervisors decided to continue the matter to its Nov. 26 meeting.
