BANKS HOLDS PEANUT BUTTER DRIVE
Again this year, the community-minded folks at Plumas Bank are collecting peanut butter for our local food banks.
Elizabeth Kuipers, vice president, marketing manager and investment relations manager for the bank said that “working together, we can make a difference and turn the tables on child hunger!”
She said they chose peanut butter because it is high in protein and nutrition, has a long shelf life and is loved by children and adults.
“One jar of peanut butter will make 16 sandwiches for a hungry family,” she said.
All you have to help this great cause is drop off a jar or two to your local Plumas Bank branch.
