MAIN STREET CRUISE
Mark your calendars now for the 24th annual Main Street Cruise in Susanville on Saturday, June 28. The classic car and motorcycle show 'n shine will be beginning at 2 p.m. in Historic Uptown Susanville. There will be lots of classic cars and motorcycles around along with food, drink and sidewalk sales.
BACK FROM VEGAS
Sherry McBroome, owner of Sierra Jewelry in Susanville, just returned from a jewelry show in Las Vegas. She spent many days, and walked lots of miles, previewing and buying new pieces. Sherry tells us she brought back lots of new stones and beautiful new items she already has in the store. Plus, she ordered a lot of new jewelry. The new inventory will be arriving soon. CELEBRATE RECOVERY IN THE PARK
Join the good people of Community Church as they celebrate 10 years of community service. The barbeque along with live music will be held at noon this Saturday, June 21 in Memorial Park on North Street in Susanville. There will be recovery information booths there as well. TOWN HALL MEETING
Assemblyman Brian Dahle will be in Adin this Friday for a town hall meeting. The meeting will be at the Adin Community Center from 8 to 9 a.m. June 20.
Then from 5 to 6 p.m. Thursday, June 26, he will be at the Lassen County Board of Supervisors Chambers (707 Nevada St.) for another town hall meeting. Join your friends and neighbors for a community forum on issues impacting the North State.

For the second consecutive year, Edward Jones is on Fortune magazine’s Fortune 500 list of largest companies by revenue. In fact, the financial services firm moved up to 444 on this year’s list, up 47 spots from the previous year.
