Susanville is one of the safest prisons for those who live in the community. It is also a deadly one for the inmates within the walls of the prison. As a community, We depend on the correctional officers to run a tight ship and for the better part they do. I have had several neighbors who work at High Desert and we all get along just fine. Mr. Foulk knows Susanville quite well and will make a great Warden. His resume speaks volume......... ............... .
