Lassen County Arts Council Summer Art Program

The Lassen County Arts Council hosts a summer art program from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 29 featuring printmaking presented by Debra Miller. Students will create free-flowing images and transfer them using watercolors. They will work with Styrofoam sheets, watercolors, ballpoint pens, glue, sand paper, tempera paint and more.
