Taylea Jane Compton was born to Jessica and Gene Compton, of Westwood, at 7:57 a.m. Oct. 15, 2012 at Feather River Hospital in Paradise, Calif.

She weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and measured 21 inches long.

Grandparents are Joe and Silvia Murgia, of Chico, Calif., and Robert and Becky Compton, of Westwood.
