Clerk posts final election results
Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 — Lassen County Clerk Julie Bustamante reports the final results from the Nov. 6 general election in Lassen County are now available on her office’s website at co.lassen.ca.us/govt/dept/county_clerk/registrar/Elections.asp.
Susanville attorney Tony Mallery won election to the Lassen County Superior Court Judge seat, collecting 5,925 votes while Lassen County District Attorney Robert Burns garnered 4,558 votes.
In the Lassen Union High School Board of Trustees race, Kenneth Theobald garnered 3,272 votes and Michelle Zubillaga garnered 3,015 votes. Jeff Atkinson trailed by two votes and finished third with 3,013 votes.
Lassen High wrestling hosts Purple and Gold Scrimmage
The Lassen High School wrestling team held its annual Purple and Gold Scrimmage on Wednesday, Dec. 4 in the Lassen High gym.
