Rails to Trails Festival draws a large crowd

Lassen Land and Trails Trust's annual Rails to Trails Festival drew a large crowd to the Historic Railroad Depot on Richmond Road, Saturday, Oct. 6.  The event featured a chili cook-off and salsa tasting, hand car races, live music and craft and food vendors.
