On March 10, 2010, John Exline, Acting Forest Supervisor of the Lassen National Forest, signed a Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact authorizing the expansion and upgrade of the Eagle Lake Sewer Ponds based on Alternative 3 and a project specific plan amendment to deviate from the soils standard and guideline which states “The areal extent of detrimental soil disturbance would not exceed 15 percent of the area dedicated to growing vegetation” so that the Eagle Lake Sewer Ponds Project can be implemented. Expansion and upgrades are anticipated to commence in May of 2010. The project is located in T31N, R10E, NE1/4NE1/4 Section 21, Mount Diablo Meridian. Copies of the Decision Notice and Finding of No Significant Impact are available at Eagle Lake Ranger District Office. Additional information regarding this decision can be obtained from Theresa M. Proposed Budget and Policy Amendment
