TIPS ON INCREASING YOUR BUSINESS
Happy customers are your best sales force. The most successful way to attract more business is to share the experience of your existing customers, adding credibility to your marketing message. After all, they’ve experienced your product or service and are happy enough to tell others about it. Prospects are more likely to believe what other people say about you — than what you say about your business.
If you use the power of testimonials in your advertising — you will increase your business. This is a proven method that gets results. Take the time to either follow up with customers who send you glowing comments or ask them if they would give you one. Then call or e-mail your newspaper advertising consultant and let them show you how to put your testimonial in print, so your next potential customer can read about your great business. The power is yours, take charge.
Again, three easy steps: Find a happy customer; write down what they love about your business; call your ad consultant to share it with your future customers in the newspaper. Powerful, yet easy.
NOW YOU HAVE A CHOICE
Windjammer Cable is now offering residential telephone service in Susanville and Janesville. In most areas you will be able to keep your telephone number, and make unlimited local and nation-wide long distance calls. Plus you have access to popular calling features including voicemail, caller ID, call waiting, anonymous call rejection, and more. Stop by the office and talk to Tiffany, Linda or Kara and they can help you make the switch to affordable telephone service. Come try out the phone service and make a call on them.
HOMEMADE PIES AND PRIME RIB
Rod, Connie and Jason Theobald, owners of the Old Mill Café in Westwood, are pleased to announce that due to popular demand they are now taking orders for whole pies. Homemade cream pies, meringues, fruit pies and cheesecakes are now just a phone call away.
Also, the Theobalds would like to remind everyone that already knows, and to tell everyone else who hasn't heard yet, that every Friday night they serve a mouth-watering prime rib dinner starting at 4:30 p.m. Make sure to come early or call ahead to reserve your cut because it goes fast!
The Old Mill Cafe is open at 6 a.m. Monday-Friday, and 7 a.m. on Saturdays. They can be found in historic downtown Westwood at 324 Birch Street.
