Police arrest woman in connection with stabbing
SPD captain Tom Downing identified Hicks’ boyfriend as 28-year-old Susanville resident Raymond Raines. Police confirmed that the wound was non-life threatening, meaning no vital organs were hit by the weapon.
Raines was transported to Banner Lassen Medical Center for treatment of the wound.
