Susanville School District warned, commended
Saturday, March 7, 2015 — The Susanville School District received a warning for its first interim report but was also commended for sound fiscal practices.
“I feel comfortable with where we’re at and what we’re seeing … We always look at it very cautiously and approach things with the utmost care. I don’t anticipate any problems,” said Jason Waddell, superintendent.
The first interim report submitted to the county office is used to determine whether the district is complying with state standards and criteria and it lets the county office decide if the projected budget will allow the district to meet financial obligations.Add a comment
