Students learn about dangers of drunk driving
Saturday, May 16, 2015 — Two students are dead and another’s future is shattered after sustaining a paralyzing spinal cord injury in a drunk driving accident.
This is the Every 15 Minutes scenario portrayed at Herlong High School to show students the horrifying consequences of drunk driving.
The program was presented Wednesday, April 29 followed by an assembly the next day.
“It was a really good program for such a small school,” said CHP public information officer Shaun Simmons.
