A budget was approved by the Susanville City Council at its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 4, despite a projected loss of $220,805 for the 2008-2009 fiscal year.
  

Council welcomes newly elected member

The votes have been counted and Joe Franco will join seasoned Councilmembers Lino Callegari, Doug Sayers, Vern Templeton and Kurt Bonham in making decisions for the city of Susanville.
